2024 RE-CONNECT《STUDIO OPEN》

The Artists’ Studio Open Day is an excellent opportunity for the public to gain an insight into artistic creation. Visitors can experience the artists’ creative environment and interact directly with them to learn about the stories and inspirations behind their works. The event showcases a diverse range of art forms, including painting, sculpture, video, installation, and experimental art, providing a rich visual experience. International artists bring different cultural perspectives and promote cross-cultural exchange. Aims to popularise the arts, support artists and enhance community connections. It is not only an opportunity to view art but also a platform to inspire and expand horizons.
The Studio Open Day is also one of the classic programs that A4 Residency continues to promote, where visitors will have the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the artist’s working environment and creative process, integrating creativity into their daily lives. A total of 6 artists/groups from China, Germany, Holland, Japan, and other countries and regions will open their creative spaces to the public, and the public will have the opportunity to meet them face-to-face, and directly experience their work and emotional experience during their residency in Chengdu.
