2024 RE-CONNECT《Flags Fluttering》Workshop

Introduction

Every child has their own little kingdom. As the 10th iSTART Children’s Arts Festival comes to a close, A4 resident artist Ge Yulu will host a “Flags Fluttering” workshop with the community’s children on August 28. In this workshop, Ge Yulu will guide the children in creating flags for their own “Kingdom of Kids.”
The children will have the opportunity to select colors, carve prints, and ultimately create a unique flag for their kingdom. During this process, we aim to encourage the children to unleash their creativity and imagination of their own kingdom, expressing their understanding of themselves and the world, dreams and the future, through vibrant colors, patterns, and symbols.
Through the children’s creative thinking and hands-on skills, each flag will represent the unique spirit of each kingdom, presented in the purest and simplest form, igniting a passionate spark of thought and self-expression.
