Born in 1972 in Tokyo, Japan, Risaki Sato wanted to connect cities through her national and international “Risa Movement” project. This way of communicating and communicating with people is unique, and his works are both large-scale sculptures and public artworks. Risaki Sato said, “In the outside world, everything seems to be connected and complete, just like the climate, the air, nature, people, and all kinds of emotions that surround and flow.
