From conveying warmth to expressing attitude, clothes not only wrap the body, but also the soul that yearns for creation and flow. An open costume workshop led by Guda & Frans led the participants to make their own “art” works with friends and children from outside the city.
In the limited time, I made clothes that could express my attitude, put on my own works, and started a dream journey on the island, accepting the doubts, surprises, and explorations in the eyes of tourists in the process…… Accompanied by the beat of musical drums, young people dressed in fancy clothes show off their creations around the limited art island, these colorful, unique and uncomplicated sewing processes are like waiting for beauty and wonder to come, giving shape to the intangible with the individual.
