Shadow Play—Object and Light Shaping Workshop

Event Description

Shadow Play draws inspiration from the creative method frequently used by Cai Binhui in her visual experiments—playing with light and shadow. By interacting with light and shadow, this method creates overlapping, magnifying, and recombining effects to produce intriguing visual results. In this Shadow Play Workshop, participants will explore the unique charm of everyday objects through the interplay of light and shadow. The workshop will guide participants to discover and appreciate the hidden beauty of these objects, and then collaboratively create artworks by recording the light and shadow through drawing.
