Mind Mixology

On the afternoon after a rainy day, when the art season comes to an end, Jiawen and Xianjie engage in a mental game – specially tuned food theater – on the lawn next to the steps. The process starts with a glass of “blank” with sparkling water. The choice is between a “roll” or “lie flat” attitude, i.e. between coffee and whisky. Then mix all the flavors of life, sour, bitter, sweet, salty, 25 different seasonings: orange peel, mulberry, absinthe… Finally, inject the soul and blow a bubble on the drink.

Packed away in a cart, let it shake and mix with “your rhythm” during the walking process, and blend into a unique flavor with the current during the journey. This drink is ultimately a special drink of its own, we can not predict its final flavor, please enjoy the unknown, embrace the “ups and downs”. Children choose more sweet and sweet flavors, while adults pick the ingredients in sour and bitter-salty. Perhaps we all have the same attitude towards life, from the sweetness and joy of childhood to the mixed flavors of adulthood.
